More Forza 3

Yep, we're definitely starting to border on the obsessive! Man, I love this game.! Had a great session last nite with a really good group of clean, quality racers. Made for an awesome experience. Got to give the new R8 5.2 a spin...very nice!

More Redfrog Liveries

Hmmm, I think this is turning into a bit of an obsession. Ai did up livery designs for the Lancer Evo X and Mazda RX8 last nite, then took em for a spin.

Car sketch

Probably a good example of why you shouldn't try to draw a car in about 20 minutes...

Redfog hits the streets of Forza 3

Forza 3 got released last week on the Xbox 360 last weeks and boasts an awesome custom livery editor. Picked up my copy and dived straight into what is undoubtedly the best racing game I've ever played.
After checking out the livery editor how could I resist but to attempt some shameless self promotion for this blog... and so the redfrog mobile was born and has already been doing a few laps in multiplayer races across the servers.

The livery is available for purchase on the storefront marketplace but any forza fans that visit this blog and want a free livery then send a message to my xbox live user. i go under the rather severely embarressing gamertag of Jelly Muffin. Oh and please don't ask for an explanation of that gamertag :)

Rover coming together

Put in a little bit more time on rover today. He's starting to come together.

A bit more progress on rover...

Got to spend a whole fifteen minutes on him. Have had a fair few projects on at the moment that have diverted me away from Rover. Hoping to get back on track over the weekend.

Sketching Practice (Back to basics)

Have decided to try once a day to put 15 minutes aside and do a bit of sketching practice: anatomy, hands feet, faces etc.

I've started with female figures because strange as it sounds I've never really drawn a lot of female characters. I noticed in my first sketch the form was still too manly, but the hope is to try and develop more feminine figure. Need to reall work on hands an feet too.

Figure this will all make good practice.
